ANVIL is for the discerning enthusiast who appreciates traversing the nuances of origin among timeless classics.

Our ANVIL 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley shows beautiful sweet red cherries, hints of lush red plums and soft chalky tannins (Minnick Hills). Full-bodied with a complex blend of earth and spice mixed with tart red fruit (Pepper Bridge). This wine has toasty caramel from the new oak accompanying wild blackberries, cigar box, dark chocolate hints, and solid tannins for a long, aromatic finish.
