92 POINTS - The Tasting Panel Magazine, March 2022
"Aged nine months in neutral French oak, this deeply concentrated, inky red shows dried violets and sweet plum. Good acidity and a spice rack of flavors: vanilla espresso, soy sauce, balsamic, cherry, and white pepper."
91 POINTS, Vinous
The 2018 Barbera shows off ripe huckleberry and black tea tones that meld with salty and stony underscurrent on the palate. Enjoy this well-structured Barbera over the next several years.
