2018 Forgeron Cellars Syrah
Our first-ever Syrah/Viognier co-ferment is sourced 100% from the famed Boushey Vineyard, located in the Yakima Valley AVA. This classic “Côte-Rôtie” style is electric in color and style. Its eye catching luminescent purple hue hints at the heightened floral aromatics that exude from the glass. What follows is over-the-top big dark fruits, with plummy textures, guava, and cigar box. Big tannins pronounce the long finish that features a stunning integration of oak and fruit.
