Our first Sparkling Chardonnay with more aging in the bottle for your consuming pleasure. We held back a little under half of the total production to release an extended aged sparkling that is both beautiful in texture and mouth-feel. We love every bit of this wine and the Gamache Vineyard from where the fruit is sourced from. We know everyone has loved the first release of this wine, and you will really want a few cases of this wine sitting around your house for all of your get-togethers and celebratory moments.
Horse Heaven Hills runs along the Columbia River at the northern boundary. ot. The nearby Columbia River also has a moderating effect on temperatures, reducing the risk of early and late season frosts, which can be a problem in nearby areas. The robust profile is everlasting with a Bordeaux feel. Black currant, pepper, and dark cherry are only a few flavors of many expressed in this wine. We would recommend a pairing of Prime Rib on a cool evening for this wine.

Every year it is a phenomenal varietal to bring into the winery, and every year we are delighted to bring the finished wine to your glass.
From Heart of the Hill Vineyard located in the heart of Red Mountain; it is one of the smallest appellations in Washington State at just 4.04 acres. Our Mourvèdre came off the vines a bit earlier than usual as a means to preserve its full flavor and expressive characteristics. We love how large these berries are, and how much they bring the vineyard terroir right to us. We have always enjoyed what the Mourvèdre from this particular vineyard imparts to us, and this vintage held true. We hope you are able to enjoy this beautiful wine on a moonlit evening.

Fine tannins provide the structure for a precise and satisfying finish of medium length.
From the famed Boushey Vineyard, this co-ferment has out done itself yet again. The Boushey Vineyard sits atop fractured basalt and soil consisting of silt loam, windblown loess, and deposits from the Missoula floods. Elaborating on what we accomplished with our first co-ferment, we were able to augment how this vintage came together in the tank. The fermentation of the Syrah and Viognier varietals in one tank is quite a display, as the changing of the juice/wine goes from a dark red to a deep vibrant purple. It is a beautiful sight to see that is always a highlight through harvest.
