Alder Ridge Vineyard has been the sourcing site for our Zinfandel for years, and this year is no different. The bright profile shows a different side on Washington State Zinfandel that will make you wonder why it wasn’t done before. Beautiful boysenberry and dark chocolate aromas keep you interested with every swirl of the glass. On the palate you enjoy earthy complexity complemented by delicate candied red fruits. A radiant and textured Zinfandel, this wine pairs exceptionally well with barbecued meats.
This cool-climate French Syrah offers nuances of dark fruit, savory depth, and cocoa. The pallet is rich and dark with juicy red fruits and a lively, long finish. This wine is the epitome of balance, with nicely integrate fruit, oak and alcohol. Structured to last, this wine will cellar well into to the 2030’s.
Our Sagemoor Vineyard Barbera is always exciting to watch as it progresses from a tiny berry into this quarter size berry bursting with vibrant flavor. This year we were able to grasp the freshness and acidity of this grape to carry it through to the glass. We enjoy seeing the vibrant purple hues that come out of this varietal and how easily it moves through fermentation. Every year it is a phenomenal varietal to bring into the winery, and every year we are delighted to bring the finished wine to your glass.
Our Estate Cabernet Franc vineyard, Equinox Ridge, grows in the foothills of the Blues in Walla Walla and we are lucky to be able to watch the growth and evolution of the wine from beginning to the finished wine in the bottle. This wine gives us the opportunity to control every part of the process and put our full might into the bottle. Labor of love is what got this wine to where it is today and it will be for years to come.
